We are currently recruiting for the 2025/2026 school year for grades 1-8.

We invite applicants to our school’s open days so that we can get to know each other and ensure each student has mastered the core curriculum appropriate for their grade, and to help them learn about our school’s organization, future teachers, and colleagues.

Student Admission Policy for the “PIĄTKA” Private Primary School in Olsztyn

Due to limited space, applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority for admission is given to children attending the PROMYCZEK Private Kindergarten.

The prerequisite for admission is completing the application form and submitting it to the school office. The decision regarding a child’s admission to the School is made by the School Principal based on an interview and the teacher’s assessment of the child’s readiness for school. The parent/guardian submits two copies of the signed study agreement to the School Office.

The parent/guardian is obligated to pay the application fee (enrollment fee) within three days of submitting the agreement.

The Principal notifies parents by phone or mail of the completion of the enrollment process with a signed copy of the agreement, or issues these documents at the School office upon receipt.

Once the above-mentioned requirements are met, the child is added to the student register and the enrollment process is completed.

FEES

As part of the tuition fee, we provide:

  • Curriculum implementation in accordance with applicable regulations,
  • Childcare from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM,
  • Full board: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack,
  • Daily English classes, Spanish, German, and Russian language classes,
  • Physical education classes (swimming pool, ice rink, tennis),
  • Entrepreneurship and finance classes,
  • Extracurricular activities: Young Scientists’ Club, Math Club, Drama and Literature Club, Art and Design Classes, School Sports Clubs, and many others.
